Booking a group or kids' lesson instead?

Group lessons still run one hour, split between everyone in the room — so each student pays less than the solo rate. This isn't part of the certificate builder above, but ask and Vicki can put together a group gift certificate.

No. Certificates are good until they're redeemed — there's no deadline attached.

Can it be used for online lessons?

Yes. Every package works for in-studio sessions in Jacksonville or live lessons over Skype — the recipient chooses when they book.

Can I add the recording session later instead of now?

Yes — the add-on can be included at checkout or arranged afterward when the recipient is ready to record.

Is it refundable?

Certificates aren't redeemable for cash, but Vicki can help transfer or reschedule sessions if plans change — just call or email.

How do I actually pay?

Sending the order here doesn't charge anything — Vicki will follow up directly to arrange payment once she confirms the details.
